Snow Crab Express Fusion

A delicious fusion dish with a twist on the Classic Bicol Express. Snow Crab, Shrimp, Longanisa, Corn on the Cobb, Potatoes and Steamed Jasmine Rice cooked in Coconut Milk and a hint of Cajun Spices.

Pork Adobo

Tender Pork Belly braised  in Soy Sauce, Vinegar and Garlic .

Lechon Kawali

Deep-fried pork belly boiled with Lemon-grass and Garlic, then deep-fried until golden-brown. 

Served with Lechon Sauce.

The Blasian Feast

Marinated Filipino BBQ Skewers, BBQ Pork, Head-on Shrimp, Longanisa and Steamed Jasmine Rice. 

Served with Spicy Vinegar.

All prices and sales tax are subject to change without notice. Pricing varies based on the clients event food and service requirements. A 30% security deposit is due upon acceptance of order. Full Service Catering requires a minimum of 50 pax. Seller reserves the right to refuse to process any order that does not meet quantity requirements that Seller may establish for any given product or group of products. For quality service, consultation is recommended.
